This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my forgotten hairbrush. I'm excited to return for Xmas!

Recommend it for families looking for comfort

So my family needed a place to crash after a long wedding night and you won't believe it but after I told the staff about my passion for Indian food they made sure to leave us some delicious hot chicken and rice which was like a gift from heaven plus the beds were comfy with three soft pillows each a real treat after all that chaos

Now it wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you pay for the service I can stomach that

the hotel met expectations. it was clean and the staff were very, very nice, beds were quiet. the property's location was great and particularly good in the middle of jackson. it was also just off festival and staff, sheldon, iowa, and a park.

The bathroom in the room was quite disappointing. Visible mold on the shower ceiling and a filthy bathtub. Linens looked worn out, with the bedspread possibly dating back to the last century, and the pool area was a storage site for outdated HVAC units rather than a place to relax. Breakfast left much to be desired-everything was unappetizing with a lack of basic items like fresh fruit or yogurt. The aesthetics were pretty shabby, with poolside windows draped in bed sheets instead of being open to fresh air and light.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was pretty comfy! I had three soft pillows, nice. The employee working at night was super pleasant and helpful. But the whole experience was a bit off, with rudeness from staff. They kept asking about when we were leaving and even tried to enter the room despite our do not disturb sign. Just a mixed bag overall.

The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help out. 🌟 You can get free wake-up calls and they have an iron available too, which is super convenient. the location is pretty nice, close to a festival and a park in a good area.
